The lower part is richly decorated with gold-plated brass tinsel depicting various flowers, stylised ribbons and a dove, all embellished with bevelled mirrors.
The bridal crown and bouquet are preserved on a pink silk cap, now worn and faded by time.
The upper part features a decoration composed of gold-plated flower-shaped tinsel, mirrors and ribbons, topped by a gold-plated dove holding a crown and overlooking a mirror, a rosette and a central pendant.
The orange blossoms on the crown and bouquet are made of wax, in keeping with 19th-century custom.
This globe interior comes from the collection of a collector who assembled thirteen wedding globes of different sizes, shapes and interior designs, each one unique, also offered for sale.
Condition: worn fabric. Otherwise, in good overall condition.
Please bear in mind that the wax interiors are fragile and that these are objects that have stood the test of time, so there may be some wear and tear on certain buds and sometimes breaks in the branches.
