Intriguing ceramic vase most likely from Vallauris.
The work is typical of the 1950s/1960s, with a decoration that is both abstract and geometric, created using sgraffito and enhanced with polychrome glazing.
Its treatment is reminiscent of the style of Marie-Christine Treinen (1933–2003) or Jean Rivier (1915–2017).
The vase bears an unidentified signature under its base.

Condition: very good condition: no cracks, no breaks, no restorations.
