"Napoleon III Style Cuban Mahogany Side Table"
A small Louis XVI style console table, dating from the Napoleon III period, 19th century, crafted from Cuban mahogany. This very elegant, curved piece is topped with a red Languedoc marble slab and encircled by a cut and openwork bronze gallery. It features two drawers in the lower section, one in the upper section, and two drop-front doors in the front that reveal a shelf. It rests on four tapered legs with bronze rings and sabots. The bronze mounts are typical of the Louis XVI style. The piece is in excellent condition, having been French polished.
