A LOUIS XV LYON COMMODE – 18th century, in solid molded and carved walnut, with a crossbow profile, original bronze mounts marked with a crowned C, opening with three large drawers in three rows, with foliate drawer pulls, each drawer featuring a different carving (cornucopia, shell and foliage, etc.), original softwood back paneled on the sides, rounded uprights, wooden top with a crow's beak edge following the contours of the front, rests on slightly cabriole legs. This commode originates from the Rhône Valley region.
