19th-century dressing table from the First Empire period. A very attractive piece of furniture with pleasing proportions, composed of a solid mahogany base and marquetry veneer for the drawer front. Beautiful console legs ending in claw feet with fine carving. Note the presence of the original bronze mounts, including two very attractive antique-style basins at the top and bottom. Original marble top and period mercury mirror with two or three small pits. A beautiful period piece full of presence, perfect for a stylish decorative piece. Original casters in very good condition.
