A rare and superb Lega crest statue. Worn as a crest attached to the top of the head during dances preceding the hunt, it symbolizes the magical ability to see game everywhere, even over hills and forests! The faces are particularly beautiful, and the patina with traces of white kaolin enhances this very rare piece!
Note a kind of cavity on the back with remnants of an attachment for holding magical substances, likely bones of the hunted animal.
