German Teapot/Coffee Pot - Late 18th Century. A baluster-shaped pewter teapot with a grooved rim, flared foot, and a domed lid. It features a sealed spout extending onto the body. The wooden handle has been reattached. The piece is not hallmarked. See the reproduction in Boucaud's book, which presents a similar piece. In good condition, except for the reattached handle. Height including the domed lid: 27 cm; base diameter: 10.5 cm.
