Painting by Bernard Privas, born in 1949 in Bordeaux. Mixed media, including collage on paper mounted on wood, from the "Fragments" series created between 1969 and 1990. Titled "Homage to Roky Erikson." Bernard Privas studied at the Bordeaux School of Fine Arts from 1965 to 1971, graduating from the school. He explored various techniques, including engravings, drawings, prints, and even sculpture. He participated in numerous group and solo exhibitions. Signed and dated in the upper left corner, below a drawing. The title is inscribed on the back of the wood. Roky Erikson was an American guitarist and composer. There are two small losses in the paint.
