"Louis XVI Period Clock, Paris"
A Louis XVI period clock in black marble and gilt bronze with a very finely chased mechanism. The wire-driven mechanism is complete and in working order, signed Berthout à Paris on the dial. There are two chips to the dial and one chip to the domed glass. Overall, it is in good condition. Late 18th century.
