Royal: For King Of Siam, 1897, St. Louis Crystal Armorial Decanter, Cluny Model

A precious, footed decanter, hand-blown crystal, gilded of arabesques, the Cluny model by St. Louis, inspired by the French Renaissance, created in 1889, with a gilded stopper.
The flat side is engraved and gilded of a splendid coat of arms of Siam, surrounded by elephant trunks. There is an inscription below, which I cannot decipher.
It was probably given as a gift, or commissioned, for King Chulalongkorn of Siam during his official visit to Paris in 1797, or for his private visit some time later.
In beautiful condition, without flaws, except for one detail: the stopper does not bear the exact engraved number of decanter; it must have been part of a large set.
Dimensions: 32cm x 14cm x 8cm. Weight: 1.050kg.
Cluny decanters fetch high prices on the market, even non-royal ones (see last photo).
