She has a very pretty face, a Diana-like hairstyle with a crescent moon on top of her head, her hair in a side chignon held in place by pearls.
She wears a dangling earring.
She is dressed in an ermine gown and cloak.
The entire piece is signed Leblanc and dated 1866.
The colors are remarkably fresh, and this painting is highly decorative.
It is framed in a Louis XVI style, painted gray.
