Adolphe Boulenger - Set Of 12 Solid Silver And Vermeil Mocha Spoons

Magnificent set of solid silver and vermeil mocha spoons. This exquisite set is of remarkable quality, covered in a superb, high-density vermeil. The ornaments—shells and fuchsia flowers—delicately adorn the handles of the spoons and spatulas, set within a simple, modern, and robust form. This prestigious set is in excellent condition, with only the slightest micro-scratches from use; the vermeil is intact. Weight of the 12 mocha spoons: 276 grams. Length: 12 cm / 4.72 in. Each of the twelve pieces bears the Minerva hallmark (950) and the maker's mark of silversmith Adolphe Boulenger. Adolphe Boulanger, silversmith, received his master's certificate on June 23, 1876, and worked at 4 rue de Vernois in Paris.
