Cut And Enameled Crystal Service Bearing The Coat Of Arms Of Count Adam Rzewuski
Finely cut crystal service enriched with gold, each piece decorated with a polychrome opaline cameo depicting the combined coats of arms of Count Adam Rzewuski (1791–1888), from the ancient Polish nobility, and his wife Anne Daschkow, whose marriage was celebrated around 1820.
This type of richly decorated armorial service was generally commissioned on the occasion of an aristocratic union, intended to adorn sideboards and reception tables.
