A very beautiful hexagonal centerpiece in crackled earthenware, decorated with stylized flowers and foliage in cloisonné enamel, all in a delightful monochrome of green highlighted with touches of gold.
Stamped under the base, it bears the mark "Chevreuse" by Maurice-Paul Chevallier for Longwy.
Maurice-Paul Chevallier took over the artistic direction of the Longwy Faience and Enamel Works in 1931.
In very good condition.
