Its superb dress of a deep emerald green, also known as Nile green, takes the light extremely well, so much so that backlighting will sublimate it even more, as can be seen in the photos, going so far as to give the illusion of uranium glass.
On a frosted granite glass background stands out an acid-etched decoration of interlacing oak leaves and acorns, with gold and silver highlights, falling in a lanceolate shape directly above each of the three crenellations topping the vase.
From the Art Nouveau period, around 1890, this vase is signed with a gilded stamp Mont Joye Legras & Cie under the base.
In good general condition, without cracks or chips, just slight wear to the gilding and silvering of the decorations should be noted (see photos).
