"Meissen Porcelain Cup And Saucer With Port Views, 1735"
A rare Meissen porcelain cup. This piece features miniatures all around the cup depicting port scenes, and those on the saucer and in the cup bowl are of the same theme, typical of Herold's production. Both pieces are marked with the typical Meissen crossed swords and also feature the gold decorator number 52. The period can be dated around 1735.
