The mortar has a circular base, a cylindrical body, and a rim that curves outwards. It is decorated with simple geometric ribs alternating with raised elements (heraldic lions) and two rings on the sides. The pestle is decorated with simple discs. Aesthetically, this piece follows the common models of late medieval Spanish mortar production.
