Isidro López Murias trained at the School of Arts and Crafts in Palencia and at the Faculty of Fine Arts in Madrid, where he obtained his first distinctions in 1953 and 1954. He has exhibited his works in Pamplona, Palencia, Santander, Burgos, Valladolid, Madrid, Ávila, Segovia, Murcia, New York, Barcelona, Bilbao, San Sebastián, etc. His works are part of numerous private collections (Spain, France, Italy, etc.) and various institutions (Museum of Navarre, Royal Academy of Fine Arts of San Fernando in Madrid, collection of the Parliament of Navarre, Rodríguez-Acosta Foundation in Granada, etc.).
