An elegant Art Nouveau/Art Deco desk lamp, resting on a finely chiseled bronze base with stylized plant motifs. It is topped with a superb tulip-shaped shade in orange and blue pâte de verre, signed “Le Verre Français,” showcasing the characteristic nuances and effects of the Schneider workshops. The curved bronze arm offers a fluid and harmonious line, allowing for a soft and warm light diffusion. Condition and restoration: Completely rewired, compliant with current standards. The pâte de verre shade is in perfect condition. The bronze is clean, with an even patina and some normal signs of wear. Period: Early 20th century (circa 1915–1925).
