Adorable set of six sterling silver place cards. Each card is decorated with a different putti (putti playing various musical instruments, one holding a bow and arrow, and another holding a bouquet of flowers). They bear the French hallmark known as the "boar's head" and the hallmark of the silversmith Ernest Eschwege (hallmark with the initials "EE" and a diamond), received in 1910. A fabulous set of place cards of very high quality and in very good condition, with only minor scratches from use. Perfect for decorating your holiday tables... Height : c. 5 cm.
