"Weber & Grangeret Scalpel Set, 18th Century"
An 18th-century small surgical set comprising six scalpels with various blades and a snuffbox. The handles are made of bone or ivory. Three of the scalpels bear the mark of the heart, likely by Weber in Strasbourg, and one scalpel bears the crowned H of Pierre Grangeret. We can date this set to the 1780s. Beautiful patina and the blades are in excellent condition.
