"Nast: Empire Period Porcelain Liter Cup - Signed"
A liter-shaped coffee cup and saucer from the Empire period, made of Paris porcelain with a Louis XVI style decoration of white and gold interlacing. Early 19th century, circa 1800-1810. The cup and saucer bear the signature of the Nast factory in Paris, in iron red. Established in Paris in 1784, the Nast factory operated until 1830, supplying French high society and several European courts. The set is in excellent condition. The gilding is perfectly preserved. 220 years old and in mint condition. Cup height: 6.3 cm; Cup diameter: 6.1 cm; Saucer diameter: 12.4 cm; Total height: 6.8 cm
