"Carved Wooden Console Table, Louis XV Period, 18th Century"
A Louis XV period, 18th century, carved wooden console table, re-lacquered in white and green. The apron is carved with openwork foliage. The violin-shaped front is carved with a bouquet of flowers in the center within an openwork cartouche. It rests on two cabriole legs, finely carved with openwork shells and flowers, ending in scrolls joined by a stretcher decorated with small flowers inside an openwork shell. (Old restorations) The double-grooved royal red marble top is in perfect condition and was originally added.
