"Art Deco Sculpture"
Art Deco sculpture depicting a young footballer in action, signed Ruffony in relief on the base. Work from around 1930, typical of the sporting style so favored by the artist. The spelter sculpture has a brown patina and is mounted on its original rectangular base. The composition is dynamic, with careful attention to movement, the folds of the clothing, and the player's pose.
