Large terracotta sculpture (brown patina) depicting a handsome racehorse, thoroughbred, or stallion, standing still with its head raised and ears pricked, dating from the 19th century. This sculpture is in good condition and of superb quality. Numbered underneath. Its substantial size makes it very decorative. Please note: one ear has been reattached (see last photos), there are some scratches and wear to the patina, and signs of age, as shown in the photos.
