"Art Deco Coffee Table, Games Table"
A 1925 solid rosewood coffee table. The table features a drawer in the apron, made of oak, dovetailed and inlaid with rosewood stringing on a solid rosewood front. The drawer and four small shelves have solid boxwood handles. It rests on four eight-sided solid rosewood legs inlaid with boxwood stringing, connected at the bottom by an X-shaped stretcher supporting a central eight-sided rosewood finial. The magnificent marquetry top features a "parquet" pattern composed of rosewood, mahogany, boxwood stringing, and rosewood. This table is of very high quality, crafted from fine woods and in perfect condition, with a natural French polish finish.
