Large Persian ceramic charger, Qajar period, decorated in rich turquoise and cobalt glazes with a lively spotted deer running among stylised grasses and scrolls. The reverse is turquoise-glazed with an unglazed foot revealing the reddish body.

Condition: Good — natural glaze crackle from firing, typical small kiln flaws and tiny glaze losses; old suspension cord to the back.
