Pair Of Large 19th-century Biscuit Porcelain Cassolettes
Large and spectacular pair of covered bisque porcelain cassolettes. The handles are formed of ram's masks, decorated with acanthus garlands, and the pedestal base rests on hexagonal plinths. One lid finial has been reattached (almost invisible). Marked underneath R 1762. Louis XVI style. Second half of the 19th century. Very decorative. Total height 54 cm.
