German Two Handed Zweihander Sword
This beautiful example of 16th century craftsmanship, this enormous two handed sword is in excellent condition.
The sword has the typical features most long swords have, the leather bind extending to the ricasso with two hook quillons to protect the users hand when gripping the ricasso.
The down swept guard embellished with spirals, the ring guard having the Fleur De Lys symbol. The pommel is a large and bulb shaped having some decorations on the upper part.
