Superb pair of fossilized ammonites, presented in longitudinal section, revealing their finely drawn and crystallized internal chambers.
Each half shows a magnificent play of natural materials and colors, ranging from honey and amber tones to shades of gray, brown and cream, with areas of calcite and aragonite.
These specimens, polished on both sides, perfectly illustrate the characteristic spiral structure of Upper Jurassic ammonites.

Presented unmounted, these sections can be displayed flat or mounted on a stand according to taste. High-quality decorative pieces, both mineral and sculptural, ideal for a cabinet of curiosities or chic contemporary decoration.
Ammonites from the Upper Jurassic (approximately 160 to 145 million years ago) display these characteristics with variations in color and internal crystallization.
