Elegant carved and gilded wood stool, Louis XVI style, dating from the 19th century. It rests on an X-shaped base decorated with rosettes with connecting dice and connected by a central spacer carved with a pearled oval medallion. The belt is finely decorated with a laurel and berry frieze, an emblematic motif of neoclassical taste.
The seat, currently covered with a white cover canvas, is ready to be reupholstered according to the taste of the future buyer. Original gilding with a beautiful old patina.
