"Pair Of Cornucopia Vases In French Porcelain Late 1800s"
Pair of Cornucopia Vases in French Porcelain Late 1800s, elegant pair of tulip vases from the late 19th century, in neo-rocaille style, with an original cornucopia shape, richly decorated with polychrome floral motifs, lively compositions of bouquets of flowers, and details in pure gold partially embossed on a white background. The vases, decorated and shaped like cornucopias, or horns of plenty, refer to mythological symbols of prosperity and abundance. French manufacture, they are in perfect condition. Under the base there is an indecipherable mark in blue.
