Malachite Figure Of A Sage
Malachite figure of a sage resting on a base with feet made of exotic wood shaped to support the mineral and decorated with silver thread. The bearded man is seated with a staff in his right hand and a flowering branch on his right. In excellent condition, it is Chinese in origin and was made in the second half of the 1900s.
