Pair of large Venetian mirrors in richly carved and gilded linden, 18th century. The violin-shaped mirrors are delicately carved with openwork flowers and scrolls. Large pediment decorated with leafy and flowery branches adorned with a flower topped with foliage in the center. Original mercury mirrors in good condition (slight scratches on one of the mirrors) Original gold leaf gilding in good condition (some old restorations and repairs) Period fixing systems and backgrounds. Venetian work from the end of the 18th century with large proportions and delicate carving.
