Andreas Ludwig Bissel was an artist, engraver and draftsman from 1773 to 1847 who lived in Mannheim, Germany. He had the opportunity to draw after di Cortona in the drawing room of Anton von Klein, professor, writer, publisher, collector, born in Molsheim in 1744 and died in Mannheim, Baden-Württemberg, in 1810.
