Unnumbered lithograph with a dedication from the artist. Paul Wunderlich studied at the Fine Arts School in Hamburg (1947-1951) and in turn became a professor, in particular at the Hamburg School of Fine Arts (1963-1968) after a first stay in Paris (1960-1963). He settled permanently in Paris in 1981 and was elected correspondent of the Academy of Fine Arts (Engraving section) on May 27 of the same year. He is also a member of the Royal Academy of Sciences, Letters and Fine Arts of Belgium and the Freie Akademie der Künste in Hamburg.
