Beautiful Shell-shaped Silver Bowl, Army Allegory Decor, Palmettes, Late 19th Century

Very pretty shell or holy water font shape for this silver cup. It rests on 4 small trompe l'oeil shell feet, interior rows of palmettes, border of stylized foliage, and a medallion full of details, representing an allegory to the armies, bordered by bursting roses. Maker's and title hallmarks, in the center of the cup, small and difficult to identify but present. Given the material, it would probably be a second title. Excellent condition, some scratches, nothing serious. Please look carefully at my detailed photos, I am not hiding anything!
French working, or colonies, dating from the second half of the 19th century.
