Boxwood statue, carved with a waxed patina, representing the Virgin Mary holding the baby Jesus on her right arm. Early 18th century. Very beautiful patina. Small losses on the fold of the toga, at the back, and on the face of Christ. Small re-gluing on the right foot of Jesus.
