"19th Century Hunting Dagger"
Very beautiful single-edged hunting dagger from the 19th century with its scabbard with two leather attachment rings and its small knife in a case attached to the chappe. The handles are made of deer antler and the fittings are silver (see photo of the hallmarks on the pommel). The steel blade is blued to a third and engraved with floral motif symbols of a wild boar and a deer. Note the fragility of the rivet.
