"Louis XVI Period Gilt Bronze Clock"
Large portico clock in white marble, decorated with rich decorations of brown and gilded bronze with original mercury, decorated with a medallion, two small cupids, applique caryatids, spinning tops, garlands and floral and leafy falls, rows of pearls, plaque on the base representing putti in the clouds. Large white enamel dial with openwork and chiseled hands, original movement completely revised by our watchmaker in perfect working order. Presence of a few small chips formerly filled in Directoire period clock, late 18th century
