Georges de Bardyère (1883-1941) was a French cabinetmaker, designer, ceramist, and decorator. A pioneer of Art Deco, he produced numerous pieces of furniture and objects from 1912 until the 1930s, including the characteristic plant sculptures of the period. His works were presented at the salons of the Société des Artistes Décorateurs and then at the Salons d'Automne.
