Great Primitive, Folk Art, Wooden Cross, Interlocking Carved Parts, Religious, Late 19th C

Very astonishing cross, in wood, constructed by sculpted parts interlocked together, forming a stable and "solid" whole. A double evolution base, the cross in the upper part, very light item due to the choice of wood.
Good condition, the cross moves a little from its base and some small breaks well mentioned on my detailed photos.. Thank you for looking at them carefully, I am not hiding anything.. Difficult to clean! European working, probably French, dating from the second part of the 19th century or early 20th century.
