Victor Creten is a Belgian artist born in 1878 in Schaerbeek and died in 1966. He was a painter, watercolorist, poster artist and architect. Training in architecture at the Academy of Brussels. As a painter, he produced landscapes, seascapes, park and garden views, beach views, figures, still lifes. Realistic design with a luminous touch. His posters from 1907 already announce the Art Deco style.
