A
late 17th/early 18th century Flemish painting measuring 90 x 70 cm
without frame and 100 x 80 cm with a contemporary frame.
An
important characteristic of this painting is its strong coarseness
and solemnity in the realisation of the portrait of the religious
figure both from a physiognomic and anatomical point of view, a very
marked line and sharper, darker colours being used.
The
paintings and works of art published here are my exclusive property
and therefore are always available to be viewed, by appointment, in
my exhibition sites located in Sanremo and Brescia.
