Art Deco Still Life Painting, Flowers Vase Painting, Red Daisies, Oil On Canvas, XXè (qf690)

Artist: Angelina-marie-eugénie Drumaux (1881 -1959)

Flowers artwork, antique oil painting, Art Deco, Still Life with Red Daisies, Art Nouveau Vase of Flowers

proposed here is a beautiful oil painting on canvas from the early 1900s.

It is a composition of daisies in a ceramic vase, creating a lively and almost spontaneous

movement. One of the flowers is resting on the surface, accentuating the sense of naturalness.

The yellow background, with subtle, barely hinted decorations, illuminates the flowers and makes them

stand out decisively. The palette is warm and intense, dominated by reds, yellows, and greens;

the brushstrokes are loose, energetic, luminous, reminiscent of Impressionism.
