Louis XVI Style Occasional Furniture, Cherry Wood And Light Wood Marquetry, Small Bedside Table With Curtain

Very beautiful little cherry wood side table, which can also be used as a bedside table. It rests on four fluted sheathed legs. The belt, as well as the two sides, are decorated with large nets made of light wood. The front opens with a central curtain surrounded on its left by a vertical drawer and by a false drawer on its right. Below, two small drawers each decorated with a star and a large horizontal drawer complete the set, only the large drawer is equipped with a pull loop. The top is decorated with geometric patterns in light wood and adorned in its center with a large star in light and dark wood. We note that a filling work has been carried out on a crack located on the top as well as a second on the left side of our piece of furniture (see photos).
