Carafe For 4 Liqueurs Cut Crystal, Le Creusot, Circa 1825

Artist: Cristalleries Du Creusot
Beautiful 4-compartment Directoire style bottle, a rare piece, 12-sided cut crystal, with geometric decorations of diamond points in alternating lozenges and bands, the hemmed neck, square shape with four cork stoppers with brass rings.
Cristalleries du Creusot or beginning of manufacture Baccarat, a rare glassware, early 19th century. We can no longer imagine the time it took to wheel-cut such a bottle perfectly, without false cutting. We have colored the 4 compartments to allow you to judge it interest.
Dimensions (23cm x 12cm). Condition: good, no flaws, no limescale deposit inside, very few scratches and tiny pinpoint chips on neck.
Stoppers are a creation of the former owner
