Marco Silombria was a painter, sculptor, ceramist, and advertising graphic designer.
A pupil of Emilio Scanavino, he collaborated with Armando Testa and created campaigns for Fiat, Facis, Superga, and other Italian companies from the 1970s to the 1990s.
Active in Albissola and Turin, he combined pop culture with classical myth, introducing the male nude in Italy through a pop-dada approach and developing an iconic, immediate, and visually powerful body of work.
