Antique Baroque Belt Buckle, Cast & Chased Silver, Decoration Of Bearded Characters

Very beautiful baroque or baroque style belt mouth in cast silver and decoration of alternating foliage and flower scrolls of bearded male figures holding a tambourine in one hand and a bowl in the other, the center openworked with a rectangle, the angles softened in rounded and the central and peripheral rim underlined with a pearl-like line.
You will notice that the details of the decoration are finely chiseled.

The object does not appear to bear a hallmark, but the reagent test confirms that it is indeed silver.
