Charming bronze statuette with brown patina representing a young Italian fisherman.
Work signed Martin for Giovanni De Martino (1870-1935)
The young man carries his basket in one arm and his landing net in the other.
Very beautiful facial expression.
The arm is assembled with a rivet as is the case for these bronze pieces, slight wobble at the junction (see photo).
Patina scratched in places.
